The week

The same loop, four times a month

One publish day. One notes person. Raw lands 5 days before publish.

    Up to 2 hours of raw for a long of up to 25 minutes.

  2. Cut

    One long. Two Shorts from that long. 15 to 60 seconds, 9:16, captions. Thumbnail, title, description, tags, end screen.

  3. Notes

    One person. Timestamped. Five days. Two rounds on the long. One round on Shorts.

  4. Unlisted check, then schedule

    You watch the unlisted link. You add us as YouTube Manager so we can upload and schedule.

After approval. A change is $120 for a long, $40 for a Short.

Month 1

Setup. Once.

Month 1 is onboarding so weeks 2 to 12 start with your look locked in.

  • Brand kit Fonts, colours, lower thirds, end screen, what your face and name should look like on camera.
  • Your preferences Words, cuts, music, and habits you want us to keep. We keep it short so it gets used.
  • Publish day One day. The week hangs off it. Raw is due 5 days before.
  • One shoot card Light, mic, frame. A single page you can keep next to the camera.

How long is a long?

How do you get the files?

Send raw 5 days before your publish week.

How do you upload?

You add Growthkast as YouTube Manager. We upload and schedule from there.

What’s on the monthly call?

One 30-minute call plus a 1-page numbers report.

Who sends notes?

What if raw is late?

That week is skipped. The month is still billed.

Can I change a video after I approved it?
